Cristin and Caleb’s wedding at Covey Rise
Cristin and Caleb had a beautiful fall wedding at Covey Rise. The weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony. The sun was shinning and it was quite warm for their wedding day in October.
Cristin got ready in their beautiful bridal suite. Her bridesmaids and step mom were there to help he get ready. She wore a gorgeous lace dress. Her pearls were her mothers and they looked beautiful on Cristin. The guys got ready in the room on the other end of the venue. I took the girls out for pictures outside since it was so nice out. Cristin was able to have a first look with her father. Once the ladies were tucked away we took the gentlemen out for some fun photos. There was a lot of laughter involved.
The ceremony site was gorgeous. The light shined through the giant tree they were getting married under. As Cristin walked down the aisle Caleb teared up. It was a beautiful moment. There ceremony was short and sweet. Afterwards their dog sitter brought their sweet dog Lucy to Covey Rise. Lucy had just had some work done on her foot, hence the bright pink bandage. Lucy was a trooper and took some photos with her humans.
The light was fading fast but we were able to get some beautiful pictures of Cristin and Caleb with the sun setting behind them. We did family pictures on the porch of the house. Once inside at the reception it was non stop fun. They danced the night away. Cristin and Caleb had a little fun with their cake cutting. Caleb’s dad went out and bought cigars for Caleb and his guests. We managed to take a cool picture with all the cigars. The DJ supplied some fun costumes in which the groomsmen reenacted the police. We dancing was over and they were ready to be sent off everyone gathered round with flaming balls of fire, I mean sparklers. They were sent off in style.
It was a beautiful wedding and such a fun group of people.
