2018 was quite the year and if you’ve been keeping up with us on social media or this blog you probably know that we moved from Murfreesboro TN to Bloomington MN. K Schulz photography is now a Minneapolis photographer.
Starting the year
Here is a review of all the great people and pets I photographed. I started the year off running, I went down to Florida for a pet photographers retreat and photographed some amazing dogs in beautiful locations
Springtime in Tennessee
This past spring was a busy one in Tennessee. I was still photographing the wonderful fur babies at Rutherford County Paws. I starting photographing the big fluffy dogs at Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. I did spring mini sessions at Safari Pet Resort. In April I photographed a wedding a weekend in Nashville. My last photo session in Murfreesboro was of several pets and animals on a farm including goats and donkeys!
Summertime on the move
May was the month we moved so I took a few weeks off. I didn’t wait long to start volunteering my photography because I missed all the fur babies down south. By June I photographed for Under Dog Rescue and Warrior Dog Rescue. I also started volunteering weekly at Feline Rescue. It was nice to get weekly love from both cats and dogs in the Minneapolis area.
I also had the pleasure this summer to photograph two beautiful senior girls from Norwood Young America.
In August I had a baby! At this point I took 6 weeks off. I started right back in October with volunteering and I photographed my first Minnesota wedding. It was stunning.
Falling back into photography in Minnesota
I finished the year doing several holiday pet portraits for rescue dogs. Now that 2019 is here I am fully back up and moving. You’ll get to see plenty of blog posts of all the great session I did this past year. Until then check out the images below. I am so lucky to have such amazing clients both 2 and 4 legged!
